Tom's leadership positions include complete P&L and budget management for marketing and product management at a multi-billion manufacturer creating double digit annual growth in a single digit growth market; International marketing strategy and customer experience leader for one of the largest global financial services and insurance provider successfully entering new markets through customer insights and a comprehensive go-to market strategy; as a visionary leader of strategic planning and marketing for the Direct Marketing Association entered the small business market for the first time; as a 1to1 strategist and implementation leader to one the worlds largest e-commerce companies creating a new loyalty program yielding 286% year over year revenue growth per member; and as he strategic planning and tactical leader of customer loyalty and retention initiatives at GE Capital, AIG and Prudential, growing markets, and customer lifetime value by 20%+.
